H1N1 Clinic - Millard North High School

Millard North High School will hold a vaccination clinic on Mon., Nov. 23. Millard North High School students will be able to receive the vaccine during regular school hours if they bring a signed consent form. From 4:30 - 8:30 p.m., the vaccine will be available for children and adults (who meet the specific guidelines as stated in the letter from Douglas County Health Department) attending Abbott, Aldrich, Cather, Cody, Cottonwood, Ezra, Harvey Oaks, Montclair and Morton elementary schools and Millard North and Kiewit middle schools. Please print and fill out a consent form and bring it with you to the clinic. People should arrive at the clinic no earlier than 4 p.m. This will allow the Millard North campus to be cleared before doors are opened for patrons. The main entrance to the left of the flag pole will be open, and the clinic will be held in the Mustang Center from 4:30-8:30 p.m.
